Worst experience from Flipkart

Flipkart delivered this product on time and promised to schedule installation in 2 days and the nightmare started..Flipkart has no information or control on the after delivery process. I got an sms from Flipkart that installation is complete when the product is still sitting in the box at home. Most of my time is spent talking to customer service execs who has absolutely no idea about what to do. Mostly, i will return it in the next 1-2 days and buy from a local shop or more responsible shops...
