Ya.. Iam perfectly satisfied with the service of Flipkart the way it delivered & Installation service. But there is some lack of Demo.. As of now there is no call from VU Customer care or Regional VU Offices is feeling as Bad. Without Flipkart this Brand will not goup if VU Not support customers from its own.

From the TV Point View is it nice moulded and with all features designed. 3D part is some unsatisfactory.

But in overall compared with all other Brands of my survey of geart other Luxu...

Great TV and value for money. Excellent service from Flipkart. Shipment arrived and delivered on time. There were three people in the van and took extra care to ensure the package did not get damaged. Nice packing. Installation was to be done two days after delivery of item. But it did not happen. However, flipkart took immediate action and the technician came the next day. Since the wallmount was not there, the seller provided with giftcard.

Recommend the product and appreciate much the...

Absolutely fantastic product!
Only one word for this monster- wow ! The moment it arrived at my house, it just took my breath away. My review is composed of several parts.
1. Package arrival and installation
Flipkart was unbelievable. Package was bang on time, with the ability to schedule the time of delivery. Packaging was superb.
Installation was done by Jeeves. They were kind enough to install the same night at 7 PM. So very happy for that.
The only minus was that the wall mount wasn't sen...

Awesome TV.Better than Sony,Samsung.

Amazing product - brilliant TV, feature rich, picture quality is insane, even the upscaled 1080p content looks good but the 4K really brings out the richness, sharpness and the colour depth to you...I bought it primarily for movies, gaming and live streaming content (sports, netflix etc.)

Delivery was done as promised and on time and so was the installation

All items as promised were intact...the wall bracket though was not delivered with the TV but the installation guys got it with them

About TV- Awesome TV by VU. Great picture quality and smart features. Looks are superb.
About Purchase experience- delivery was super fast next day delivery and so installation the next day. When installation guy cameover he mentioned he dont have wallmount bracket for 75 inch TV and that has to be sent by flipkart itself. When contacted flipkart they say we will followup. Installation guy temporarily fixed 65 inch wallmount and assured it will work untill i recieve 75 inch bracket. Untill no...

I have purchased tons of equipment online and never ever had to face so much frustration with a simple installation process. A little background first.

Flipkart has tied up with Jeeves (which Flipkart owns) for service and installation. All TV's below 65" have the wall mount in the TV box itself and Jeeves simple comes and does the installation, makes life simple. For TV's over 65" inch (and this one falls in that category obviously), the Box does not contain the Wall mount and instead Jeeve...

About Package & Delivery:
- Good packing to prevent any damage
- TV delivered on time
- Wall mount bracket was missing (though it is mentioned that it comes in the box, it's not true)
- Had to raise complaint to get the wall mount bracket, which took a week to get delivered.

About TV and it's performance:
It's been a week so far and it might be too early to comment on the performance. However, I can say that:
- Picture Quality of the TV is excellent.
- Sound is good with surround sound cons...

Picture quality is great as good as Sony and LG
It's 3d performance is great.
It's build quality is excellent as good as any premium TV
Only thing that I didn't like much is it's smart SW interface. It's pretty ordinary and not upto the mark. There is a lot of scope of improvement.
But overall it's a great TV at great price

Good product. Seems like good value for money. Sound quality is good too
