A:u can use both sides whichever is comfortable to you... remove the white cloth... so that you can see what's inside... and rotate bed 180° every 45 days.. so that it will be long Lasting...

I ordered it for my backpain but got more when sat on it. Whenever you sit on it, it will go down as it is so so soft. Then I understood, the mattress is meant for sleeping only as beds are meant for sleeping not sitting and studying or anything else. When used solely for sleeping, I slept like a log. So comfortable.
