I bought it 2 days ago & am already asking for a return/refund/redressal!! The claim of WD is deceiptful/half truth. It plays mkv & srt files with a rider - only if audio / video codecs of the files are same. Should they not mention it, even if it were in a fine print? Does it not amount to suppression of facts? I bought it and tried to connect with my beetel wireless router. It's not working at all.
Then I checked list of compatible devices for wd live tv hub.

If you are having any of the listed usb wireless adapter or wireless modem or tv or external USB HDD then it's fine else you need to rethink before buying it.
