Product is good but little bit expensive. I think 1500 mcg vitamin B12 per strip is way enough. Our body will not utilise it properly. Scientifically 1mcg B12 is 100% of our daily need. So you may cut the strip into 2 pieces. Then 30 strips will last for 2 months.

Only con I can find is overpriced, if you're providing this for b12 as a supplement then it should has more than 10mcg per serving. atleast .

A:Google says 5 to 7 teaspoons of oil needed...how much you take in 24 hours.
Don't try all things in Google.
