Third Class Product, As per comparison with other brand Its a 7 or 7.5 kg machine only but it is mentioned 9.5 kg.
It is mentioned 30kg item weight but its actual weight is less then 25kg.
I was raise the ticket with this consion but there is no solution from Flipkart. Third Class service from Flipkart also.

Absolute rubbish!
The service, no customer cares number how to repair if the machine is not working then there is no customer care number, you have to be hired by a local technician for repairing then there is no value for warranty......... I really regret taking this product. Thank you.

Worthless
It is smaller than the given size and u can see your hand from the outside if you place it in its inside. According to it's size the spin tub is very small and with that small size it is not of much use
