Dear All. Don't be confused about switches. Use it as a normal bulb which you operate by just switch on and off. This bulb will light up when power is there are not there. You just use switch to on and switch to off. The bulb will sense about the rest.

•Comes in handy when power is cut ( current supply is off)
•Works at its best when the power supply is on
•And when the power is cut its intensity decreases but still provides sufficient light
•Backup is good
•Good deal when you purchase a combo pack

A:No it doesn't work that way , it turns on only when there is power cut . If u switch off with the power on the light turns off like a conventional led bulb .
