Take it after meal it won’t give you any fishy burp
Noticeable change in stamina within 1 week

A:Hi, fish oil capsules contains omega 3 has two components EPA and DHA. Daily intake of these 2 minimum 300 mg of DHA and 500 mg of EPA. So you can take daily 1 softgel with breakfast.
