A:No,it is not non sticky .Its castor oil so it is super thick and u should apply it at night with coconut oil.

A:Yes you can use it with sunflower oil it will help in hair fall control but I'm not sure about regrowth.Would be best to use if you make lukewarm before using.Avoid regular shampoo in market for best.
