Worth every penny
Chia seeds, I ordered after a doctor recommending it for constipation. Now I started using it by soaking a tablespoon of seeds in water at night and taking it next morning on empty stomach. To my surprise I relieved myself of Chronic constipation immediately. Really wonderful seeds.
