awesome lens in this price point
decent focusing speed , sharpness is very good
less noise while focusing ,build quality is great.
but there is no warranty offered by yongnuo .

Terrific
Much more than its value. You will get a lens with perfect open aperture. STM motor works vey silently. Physically it feels heavier and much stronger than 18-55mm kit lens. It should be the first after kit lens.

Buy this lens only if u r a little more than an amateur.i have canon 24mm, canon 50mm yet i bought this.tjisnis cheap but good lens.u can easily manage with editing the shortcoming 5 percent eataver it has.but its a good lens.with canon 80d theres no slow focus theres no issue and theres no problem in focussung plane at all.dont go by negative reviews buy it use it master it thats all ..

*Same optics as canon . The difference is so minute.you cannot find until you look sooo close
*Looks premium
*Worthy for the price
*Autofocus through viewfinder is really good. Like canon stm lens
Cons:
*Autofocus through live mode is good but not consistent
*Lens is plasticee . But the mount is steel
*Video autofocus may not be consistent
*Autofocus motor sound . (If you are using canon kit stm lens . Then you doo notice that)
