Works well, poor customer service response & manual
Product is good. However, took me sometime to get the hang of it. Very poorly made user manual that has no illustrations. The mouse C charging port is n the front, not mentioned any where.

The got my order on 25 Dec 2023 . I stared using my keyboard it was working great . And then I started the mouse it was not working it didn't blink on indication of on so I assume as it is rechargeable battery would have been dead so I plugged it directly with the USB c charger it was working fine.
