In the starting...it was working and had no side effect as well but after using about 20 caps I started to get frequent headaches and pain in my whole body nd moreover only recently I hv realised that I sweat even more now. I hv stopped using this one, I may take another vitamin supplement but not this one for sure.
My hair became thick though. 😊

Super!
I love this brand of biotin, within days I notice my nails strengthening and growing longer. As for my hair, I do see my hair falling out a lot less and it grows long.

Good Product
Been using it for 20 days now and hairfall has visibly reduced by at least 40%. Having at least 3.5L of water daily to avoid pimples, which is a common side effect.
