its the cheapest option and best option available if u r going for Arginine tabs.. the effect after using for 2 weeks as pre workout is slight increase in focus and there is no big changes... anyway jus have 2 tabs a day before workout and it s gonna last for 2 months...

I have been using 2 capsules twice a day. One serving with breakfast and the other before workout. I found it giving me lots of energy to carry loads and have some extra pump. I love the product and buy it again and again.
