If u taking it to treat acne oh men u gotta consume it in very high doses like 8-9 pills a day I dunno how much that will affect ur body internally

Somewhat messed up and I got acne outbreak. Better go for another brand. It's my experience from this product. It may work on you, not sure.

Please consult a doctor before consuming it. Though they are vitamins, somehow it messed up my hormones. Pretty scary effects after use. Didn't consume for more than a couple of days
