Terrific purchase
This laptop is amazing in every aspect, the design is just awesome & the laptop looks very pretty, the ryzen 5 3500u performance is top notch, the M.2 NVMe ssd turns on the laptop within just 8 to 10 seconds, you can freely multitask between any apps, the laptop doesn't heat up very much, the speakers provide amazing sound quality even in high volume, the touchpad is extremely responsive, the keypad is very comfortable to type. The laptop is very light and thin. I love it.

Good choice
This is an amazing laptop for the price. Very convenient for use. I did initially have heating issue, However, after updating the drivers and the OS I am not facing it anymore. Not doing any heavy work at the moment, but any number of tabs does not affect the performance. There is one persisting issue however, the screen turns green for some fraction of seconds before playing a video on YouTube. That's not a major issue for me though. Overall happy with the product so far.

Worth every penny
Overall happy with the purchase , only one catch is the Microsoft installation , although it says student version given it’s an online version . But the product wise , so far working well and no problems .

Good choice
Nice product. U get a laptop, charger, pen, one AAAA cell and 2 pen tips in the package. Looks sleek and stylish. Lightweight. The only negative point is it heats up slightly fast.

Overall a good laptop.
Some cons.
- Inking pen is not that good
- Sometimes touch screen and touchpad stops working. You will need to restart the laptop
- Screen is bit small as per the office work so keep that in mind.

Don't waste your money
I had used this laptop for 1 year 2 months even with the proper usage and maintenance , it has stopped working, it's because of SSD is not good. Because it is 2 months more from warranty period. The are charging price for the repair. And the cost of SSD is 10% of the laptop. And I didn't expected this from hp to sell this kind of products, which can't work for 3 years properly inspite of buying such an expensive product.

Worth the money
High build quality. It survived an accidental fall of 80 cm with 60kg weight on it. To my surprise the display is intact and working as good as it was
