Nearly the size of a normal mouse, so should fit in perfectly in a small to medium sized hand. Due to its contour, it's feels comfortable to hold. Great product! I was using this for a whole day & ended up with a good feedback:
Looks : looks good and premium with good edges and curves
Clicks n scroll : they are soft and descent enough for a busy day usage . The scroll key looks good with a rubberized texture
Range of operations: 2.4 GHz frequency range is good enough for a long distance wireless operations.

Excellent build quality. Buttons are tactile. The last is smooth and precise scrolling. I am used to the front/back options using additional buttons on the left and right of the mouse and this one doesn't have that.

Mouse is very attractive and has good grip.I always wanted a mouse which fits good in your palm and creates less strain.This one is go to mouse for long working professionals. Only flip side is price,I felt it's high.

This just feels great in the hand especially since it is bigger (smaller ones just don't feel this good), works with Windows 10 just fine.
Using a product like a mouse which comfort matters a lot, thus getting this makes perfect sense.
