    Absolute rubbish!

    I received a faulty chair, and even after four months, it still hasn't been repaired. I'm stuck with it and extremely disappointed.

    Repair update: 9/12/24

    Technician Sayyad Ameer visited and rectified the issue. The defective part was replaced and chair is usable after 4 months.

    Classy product

    The product is good.
    They shd choose good delivery partner as the chairs are available online only.The courier partner didn't deliver it properly.
    Installation takes a bit time.and also delivery.
    But productwise Godrej is Godrej
    Flipkart shd take of these things.
