Perfect product!
Just buy this TV and don't think twice...It is just a fabulous tv with great picture quality and sound is also ok not great...You will fall in love with the TV and don't forget to buy magic remote seperately

Bought this TV on BBD 2024. Picture quality is supercalifragilisticexpaliadocious, especially in HDR HLG mode. Sound is awesome. No need of external soundbar if played in a small/midsized room. Software loading is a bit slow, i think this is due to 1.5 GB RAM. Smart remote is widely missed.

Genuine installation from LG and their support is appreciated
The biggest con is the remote and the lag while operating between apps
It takes so much time to respond, i will upgrade to magic remote
Meanwhile LG thinq app is really really nice and convenient i can operate a tv from mobile it is very fast

Good picture quality and tv quality also good but disappointing is warranty is only one year. in store purchase they provide 3years warrenty . and normal remote control ( in offline store purchase they provide magic remote) other wise this tv is excellent💯
