First I had doubt about the Ryzen 5 3550H..like I was sure about the gaming performance..and yes it did stood on my expectations..no matter how heavy the game was..it handled like a charm even on high ultra settings. The thing which I was in doubt about was the 6gm ram you get from 8gb and the r5 3550H combination for general function of system..like opening apps and speed of it...but now I can say with high on that it’s superb..no issues..yes you read it right..No Issues...the system speed r...

Excellent product

Nice laptop for editing and gaming but the main problem is battery at high performance setting it will sun hardly for 2 and half hours and with battery saver mode u can run it for almost 4 hours
I think this is normal in gaming laptop

File got corrupted within 3 months of purchase
If the issue is of software no home visiting service available

Specifications do satisfy our needs very well . I recommend to fully upgrade the laptop (software,deivers and windows update).The only thing which i didn't like about this laptop is the volume of the sound , it's really low . You can't hear properly if the room's fan is on.If sound is not a problem for you then it's definitely a buy buy laptop .go for it.

It’s a pretty good laptop for heavy use. Only once in a while it shows blue screen error.

Review on delivery by Flipkart,
Packing was good ,there were two box one is Flipkart, another one was of hp, although laptop was safely delivered by Flipkart through pickup truck (maybe due to rain) .
Product was safely delivered.
1) if you find any battery issue in this laptop kindly update bios and drain all the previous charge , hope this will help to improve battery life and charging speed.
