A:It comes with a small Micro USB cable (or any other Type A to Micro USB can be used) which can be connected to your normal Type A charger ( 5 W preferred) . Just like your mobile phone is charged.

A:Yes.it has a 330 mAH rechargeable Battery inbuilt inside the LED Bulb. You can recharge and use it for 4 hours ( Steady mode) to 12 hours ( Super Flash Mode) according to the 4 modes available.
