Awesome Laptop at great price!!
1) Touch is very smooth
2) Windows 8 works great with touchscreen. i would say if you want windows8 you should go for touchscreen
3) Awesome configuration at great price. I got it for 38K at flipkart.
4) great looks
5) No noise and no heating problem
6) great battery backup of more than 5 hours
cons:
1) slightly heavy
2) touch display gets finger marks which is some times irritating.
3) speaker sound could have been better.
All in all its the best configuration you could get with this...

Very good product !
I have been using it from the past one week, and I must say I am impressed.
PROS :
1) Excellent touch experience.
2) Amazing sound, both in speakera and head phones.
3) Windows 8.
4) 7-8 hours battery backup.
5) Beautiful screen.
CONS :
1) The laptop is a finger print magnet. Not just the screen,the whole body ! Wherever you touch the laptop,you leave an impression of your fingers.
2) Build quality is okay,but not very good.

Delightful product
The Inspiron 3521 per se is a delight. Great value for money. It has proved to be the right product I intended to buy in terms of Screen Size, weight, resolution , power back up & percieved quality.
The windows 8 though may have compatiability issues with your existing hardware & drivers like data card/printers etc. Also the quality & utility of the Dell laptop bag could have been a notch up.
