Good product, received in good condition, very well packed,filteration process is fast ,I installed it by myself it was so easy as I knew the whole process,I washed the candles in warmr water before installing it n I am going to throw the whole first filtered water ..I will going to consume the second filtered water..I will update later about the taste of water✌🏻hope my review will be helpful for others
