Very nice laptop.battery backup is good.performace is overall excellent.it doesn't start if temp goes minus.tried it in Ladakh.had to warm the room before it got started.mayb it happens with every laptop ..sometimes black shadow comes on the screen and suddenly disappears quickly.overall satisfied with it.

Don't think before buying. All the issues were sorted by updates. The performance is great . Startup time is good according to a hdd. Games run smoothly except very high end games like - COD Black ops-3. Look very premium. A lag free experience. After windows 10 update new features are introduced which makes this laptop very user friendly. Don't think just buy. Customer support is also good. New updates roll out after every 2-3 weeks. I purchased it for -52k you can wait to save some money.
