Before buying this I was also confused like all the other buyers are. Now I'm reviewing this on those confusing points.
1. The best in segment "SUPER SILENT" mouse I've ever seen or used. I would rate 10 star for that.
2. It has power button to switch it on or off. In addition to this, it has power saving facilities that put the mouse on sleep when you don't use this for a while. I'm adding photos.
