When the ignorance of people has drowned out their sense of kindness, what would you do to make them more attentive and caring? Inspired by the Hollywood flick Pay it Forward and the Telugu movie Stalin, directed by Sohail Khan and starring National Film Award-winner Salman Khan, the enchanting Tabu, Daisy Shah and Danny Denzongpa, Jai Ho is a Hindi action drama film. The storyline of Jai Ho follows Jai, once a major in the Indian Army, who is expelled from the defense forces for rescuing children from terrorists against the orders of his superior. Following the tragic death of a differently abled girl who Jai knew, he formulates a plan to appeal to the better nature of mankind: help three people and make each of them help three more. However, a tyrannical politician prevents him from actualizing his dream of a better tomorrow. Will Jai prevail? Or will corruption reign supreme?
