Excellent DVD

first, thank you flipkart for delivering this product within the stipulated time and second, thank you shilpa for making this yoga video. this one is awsome, beginning with an 'om' chanting followed by yoga asanas. it is like as though i am doing these under the supervision of an experienced yoga teacher. i'm satisfied..!

Treat to eyes

I would rather buy this for Shilpa Shetty than for any moves. The play quality is good one would love to see Shilpa. Coming to moves she did are ok. Recommended product for the starters only.
