A:Hit the pot on fry mode.After full heat saute the ingredients like oil,whole marsala,vegetables .After saute process over,add Soaked rice and add water 1:2 ratio. cancel fry mode then press polau .

A:Yes sir good dal can be cooked in this cooker and will take few minutes more time than our home pressure cooker.But in this cooker the taste will be more because this will cook under low pressure
