Logitech Touch M600 Wireless Optical Mouse  (USB)

Let me warn you will really need to get used to this mouse for atleast a few days, before getting comfortable with it.

Pros -
1) Fits in nicely in the palm, it is not too small or too big.

Even though touch technology is recommended use with Windows 8. This mouse fairly complements it. Even with the latest Windows 8 gesture support, a lot needs to be improved in flow of gestures.
