There is no refund or return on that. After receiving the Customer product we will check and the required action will be taken according to the manufacturing warranty policy. Kindly Read the Covered & Not covered Product warranty policy before purchasing the product.
Covered in Warranty	1) Warranty is non-transferrable, valid only in the territory of India and extended only to the first end-user customer.2) Warranty will be valid only when the original purchase invoice is presented at the time of service. 3) Warranty will cover only functional parts and software issues having manufacturing defects and does not cover any damages resulting from unauthorised adaptations/ adjustments/ tampering of the product, improper installation of the product, or normal wear and tear caused due to use of the product. 4) The warranty will cover only on Battery, hardware and speaker if it stops working due to manufacturing defects. other plastic and rubber parts do not have any warranty. 5) Please read all warranty-related terms and conditions before purchasing.
Not Covered in Warranty	1) Warranty does not cover physical, dust or liquid damage to the product due to improper installation or use by the customer. 2) Warranty does not cover any external accessories to the product (such as ear tips, cable, carrying bag etc.) 3) All plastic, rubber, glass or aesthetic parts and consumable replacements will be chargeable. 4) All transportation & handling expenses incurred while replacing or repairing will be payable by the Customer. 5) Warranty shall be void if: a) The type or serial no. on the product has been altered, removed or defaced. b) The product is not operated as per the instructions given in the User Guide, if any. 6) Customers need to register the complaint to the WhatsApp number along with the original Purchase invoice (PDF Copy) after that we will share the service centre address with the customer, and then the customer needs to send the product to the service centre by courier and bear the logistics charge for that as well.
