I am currently using this for bulking. i am seeing impressive results with is product. Recommended usage is with milk,a banana,some nuts together for mass and with water if you want lean gains. (Omega 3 otherwise CCode fish oil is recommended along with this if you are looking to bulk). And always remember guys. Work hard -Eat more and more - Sleep atleast 8 hrs and wait for results. A:Dear Friend, this so called Raw Whey Protein doesn't look like high quality stuff... It's more like normal milk powder..... Don't trust Whey powder as it undergoes lot of heat treatment and drying.
