After browsing and reviewing I went for this Newnik. It seems quite durable, reliable and sturdy.
I'm not a doctor but after using digital BP monitor I found them very unreliable in terms of reading accuracy, but I did learn how to measure from one of my friend who is in nursing. Also YouTube is one the big teacher :) Now a days the lifestyle we people are living it is a general accessory for every home.

I am a doctor & bought this for my mother. You can understand when you will buy the product for your loved ones, the research you would have gone through.

Product is of excellent quality, it is ISO and CE certified and the results are consistent unlike the electronic bp check devices.
Certainly better than the electronic bp meters where the results are mostly not accurate and inconsistent, also cheaper than the electronic counterparts.

Good quality product
excellent product the product was delivered as schedule the package was wrapped in silica plastic but although the product is good but the quality used for it could have been better nevertheless what to expect in this price..

Works great. No problems with it. Cuff size will even accommodate a large adult. Clip on the meter can be fastened to the cuff (or not) so there's no need to hold it while taking BP. Sits comfortably in the carry case. Appears to be made of good materials so I would imagine it will last for years when taken care of properly

My first manual Sphygmomanometer. Accurate and put up against a recent physicians in office Sphygmomanometer. Both physicians unit and this units' measurements were nearly identical.
Pros:
a. Wonderful Presentation as it show exactly how to use, even 1st time user.
b. Marks mentioned on the cuff, exactly shows how to use.
c. NO battery, No charge Needed. Manual Pressure Monitor is Better.
d. Accuracy is better than automatic.
e. The quality is worth of it.
