Benefits:
The item is portbale , compact and very good for a single person's consumable food, bahelor person cooking noodles, or boiling egg/water etc.
Problems/De-merits:
Capacity/volume is small, you cannot use any other vessel other than the provided one for cooking, once the vessel is missed or damaged then the heater is of no use.
Trouble shoot/protection:
automatically gets off while cooking then self restarts while plugged on.

A:It is very handy and works with normal voltage. 3 ping plug is not needed.
Has 2 voltage levels and works for India and Japan power frequency.
Weight might be less than 500g. (I have not checked).
