I am absolutely in love with this tea since a few months now. Recovering from a major surgery, it helped me ease the mind and getting timely sleep. I take this tea post dinner (30 mins - 1 hour) after dinner and it really brings about a relaxed state of mind and body within a few minutes of consumption.
