Summary of the book
A man with a deceitful identity becomes Indian at heart as he begins his life in India, in the enigmatic world of Bombay slums. About Gregory David Roberts
Gregory, an Australian author who romanticized and loved India, chronicles a lot of his own experiences as an ex-convict. After his incredible journey to and in India, he has now set up charitable foundations in Mumbai, where he escaped to and was named a Zeitz Foundation Ambassador for Community.

To be in the shoes of Lin (Shantaram) is an experience you'll want to have once you've read this book. The precision of details, timing, suspense, amount of data to disclosed is amazing. He's got you hooked on to this one for he makes Lin's life look so interesting, you do not want to turn away from it.
