Utterly Disappointed

The quality of the product is so bad, there was a stain on it, and i tired returning the product for 10 days the team kept calling me saying we will process and then they say you need the packing sticker to process the return. The product is so heavy with no clear marks of how to assemble it.
Such disappointment.
